The Plugged One.. The 5 year, 200 page Journal!! Back On It! - 17 May 2005 18:52
lright, this is my second attempt at a journal, last one I kinda dropped so I'll see how this goes. Its only intended to last the length of my current cycle so that should be about 7 weeks maybe more.. lol.. strict as ever.

Cycle = 35mg dbol ed for 4 weeks
120mg NPP eod for 6 weeks
250mg sust eod for 7 weeks
0.25mcg Arimidex ED

Change the dbol for anavar and lengthen the weeks. dropped the dbol in week 2.

Started on Sunday there (17/5/05) so 2 jabs and 21 dbol in already.
Starting weight is about 15 stone 7, height is 6 foot.

The dbol is anabol (British Dispensary), the NPP is GL and the Sust is a mixture of nile and karachi.

LOl, nah mate, I wish I was, its a childhood nickname based around the ugly bloke in the bash street kids (who I look nothing like I might add). One of those annoying names that jsut stuck instantly because I got annoyed and to this day everyone bar my wife and son calls me plug. I stuck a 1 on the end after the rapper in de la soul. I didnt know there was a guy in mint royale with the name.

RE: Building a Better Plug.. pt 2..ish - 18 May 2005 20:22
Chest and tri's today consisted of-
75 situps
flat bench- 8*100, 8*100, 5*110, 4*110
incline close grip- 8*30, 8*50, 4*60, 4*60
tricep pull down - 8*70, 8*85, 8*92, 8*92
overhead tricep pull down- 8*70, 6*85, 5*85, 4*85
pec dek- 4 sets of 6 at 65kg

Oh and 15 minutes on the tread mill, did that last night too, 7.5 minutes constant rate then 7.5 hiit. some nights I do 10 minutes on the cross trainer as well.

The dbol hasnt kicked in yet so these 2 days are a good benchmark for this course, my benching would be better by now if it wasnt for a shoulder injury I got last year which still bothers me, took 2 months off of benching and still cant incline bench unless its on a smiths machine

Aiming to get as close to 17 stone as possible, we'll see. The NPP is fast acting deca, basically deca prop. I'll try and dig out a link.

Not alot mate tbh, cant discuss prices on here but as you cycle lasts 2 - 3 months when you break it down your probably only spending about 50-70 quid a month, depending on what your taking and where your getting it.

Been training for about 4 and a half years, not too sure of my stats aprt from height weight and 16" arms... oh and 38 inch belly. Going to reduce that after this if not during.

And I think I can safely take the title you have so graciously given me lol. Need to keep the heid at the moment tho what with these little dballs and all.

OK legs today, went as follows

Squats - 8*60, 8*100, 8*120, 6*140, 2*160
seated leg raises(machine) - 5*100 5 sets
seated hamstring raises - 5*65kg 4 sets
calf raises- 8*80 4 sets

then a fairly fast paced 10 minutes on the treadmill, fukc running after squats.

Simple as that, I like to get legs out of the way as quickly as possible.

Do you think your at your natural max yet in terms of size and strength , I know you take gear but do you think you could maintain your current size strength natural or do you think you could hold even more size strenth natural. What sort of physique did you have when you started.

Well I was holding my current size no problem there without gear, Im nowhere near maximum potential and I carry a fair bit of fat as well so thats not 15.5 stone of ripped muscle lol, not at all. When I started I was skinny fat.. skinny arms legs, with a huge beer belly. I still carry some of that belly but Ive grown to love it... grrrrr.

Alright, back and bi's, thought my strength would be up with the bodyweight taking that jump but not really.. went like this-

deads - 8*100kg, 6*120kg, 5*140kg, 5*170kg(strapped)
Standing Rows (machine thingy) - 4 sets 5*85kg
behind neck pulls - 8*80kg, 6*90kg, 4*100kg, 4*100kg
Infront neck pulls - 4 sets 80kg starting at 8 reps ending at about 5
seated bicep curls - 4 sets of 6 reps with a 25kg dumbell
standing pulley curls - 8*70kg, 4*85, 3*85, 3*85kg

Tried to run but god dammit those shin splints are back already, I had hoped that arimidex would stop it and I could keep up the cardio but it loooks like I'll need to move onto the bike and cross trainer and see how that goes.. grrrr

You'll find running a struggle with the dbol, even the test and that is bad for causing the old blood to cramp the legs up, I lasted 2 mins in the boxing ring on the last cycle and quit cos my calfs where going to blow.

flat bench - 8*100, 6*110, 5*110, 4*110
incline close grip (smiths) - 8*40, 6*50, 4*60, 4*60
pec dec - 4 sets of 8 at 65kg

and that was it, bloody parents evening meeting lasted all of 5 minutes too, dammit I wanted to do some cardio on the cross trainer. I'll do it tomorrow. honest

Oh yea, my diets been fairly good today so I'll post it lol.
7:00 bowl of porridge
8:30 2 scoops whey, 3 egg whites and half pint of milk
11:00 beef baguette
1:00 2 scoops whey and half pint of milk
3:00 tin of tuna, 4 bits of white bread
6:00 steak beans potatoe
8:00 2 scoops of whey half pint of milk
9:30 .... dont know yet, I'll see when I get there.

If anyone wants to make a guess at the calories and protien in that then please do!.

My diet is noticeably bereft of both, I put a banana in my shake in the morning, and have beans or broccoli and cauliflower with my main meal but apart from that......no. I take it thats bad lol.

Legs have been done (in)

squats - 8*100kg, 8*120kg, 7*140kg, 3*160kg
seated leg raises - 4 sets of 10 at 100kg
seated hamstring raises - 4 sets of 8 at 60kg
calf raises (machine) - 4 sets of 8 at 85kg

Again no cardio done.. see a pattern forming here. Couldnt face it after the squats.

Also not really feeling the strength from the dbol or npp yet and I had though that they would of kicked in by now, better be noticeable by monday or I'll throw a tantrum and scream till Im sick.
