I think its just easier than hitting the weights hard at the moment mate.. it will pass...

I went to Morrisons gym in glasgow tonight with a bouncer mate, a boxing gym and far crapper than I expected it to be given its history. Highlight was a pic of the owner with the Kray Twins!!!

anway .. standard chest tri's night. Thats all I can be ar5ed typong!!

Well.. what can I say lol. . made it to the gym once last week, in my first set the fire alarm went off so I went home. Didnt make it back till tonight and Im off to magaluf on Wednesday so maximum I'll squeeze out will be one 1 more night.

Strength was laughable in the gym tonight, struggled to bench 130 for 3 Cant be arsed posting it all but it was a mixture of upper body stuff, Ill do back and bis tomorrow.

Magaluf eh ? is this what has brought on the fat loss drive , wanting to look hot round the pool eh?

The family mate, and all fat loss seems to have turned into muscle loss and fat gain. Need to sort my head out when Im back!

Back in the gym after a week on the beer/vodka and buffets! Not to bad a shift in the gym tbh.

No fukcing plan whatsoever. Well a little one of trying to get back into the gym week after week and start using more free weights and less machines.. maybe buying some protien for the first time in years and if I can scrape together some cash.. get some fooking gear!

With the company being completely broke at the moment .. no in a word. Im not going to take anymore out of it until theres cash to spare, we liquidated a part of the company at the start of the year and are only just getting out of that, it reset out bank account to zero mate and with 10 grand wages to pay each month plus 2 grand rent and the rest of the bills its been a fukcing struggle to say the least. Hopefully this time next year will be a different story.
