What's going so wrong with the training mate?

Why not get some protein, now your off the gear you could be doing with that.

Also a decent training partner like myself would help, shame you couldn't join that gym, you'd still be a beast then.

But, no matter what, do not give the fcuk up, keep training as hard as you can.

Ive no plans on giving up mate, life just seems to be getting in the way, work is fairly stressfull for me at the moment as well. I do need to get some protien/creatine mix anyway.

Come on Plug you c.unt, you are making me look like a consistant trainer the way you are going!!

I've worked 18 and 21 hour shifts this week, still managed to train and make PBs.

Also my company lost a major contract and jobs on the line, so stressful for me also.

Try harder big chap, need to find the focus again.

One good session and you will get the bug back.

Just found out a good friend from the gym died in a car crash last night! Im pretty gutted to be honest. R.I.P Big Paul!!

Cheers Neb, Im suprised at how much it got me, Im not normally swayed by deaths but I really liked Paul and had been out and about with him a bit. Shocked.

Chest and tris

F Bench - 100*2, 110*2, 120*2, 130*2, 135*1, 135*1, 100*8
I bench - 60*6, 80*6, 90*4, 100*2
then did a fair bit of cable and m/c work.. cant be ar5ed listing.

Deal is Im not taking gear agin till I bench 140 naturally. Those 135's tonight were shaky as fukc. However if I do that next week then 145 is the target.

Not really.. On a weekend I try and get down once or twice for 45 minutes on the cross trainer but I didnt manage it last weekend (and that doesnt mean I was wasted on coke all weekend because I wasnt.. just hungover.. but Im doing very well on the coke front at the moment.)

good stuff mate, ive been drug free for 13 weeks now.... first time been clean for more than two weeks in 6 years. not a line or joint in that time at all. only reason i knocked it on the head though was because of drug testing for work otherwise id still be at it...

feels good but also kinda boring, sitting in a room full of people who are cokedup/ stoned feels like sitting ina room full of pissheads and being sober to me. a bit annoying

Ive had the odd line here and there but Id say in the last 4 weeks Ive had less than a gram of  coke... as opposed to the 1/2 ounce Id been going through this time last year!!

Nah, me neither, still like it when its good and I'm out and about for a drink but Im getting away from sitting in my house shoveling it up my beak all day long.

He simply lost control of his car on his way home from one of his jobs as a bouncer, it was heavy rain and on a bend coming off of the motorway, funeral is monday, I expect it to be a huge turnout.

45 minutes cross trainer.. and I was SOBER last night!!

Not to mention the lack of cocaine over  the last 5 weeks.. maybe half a gram in all that time. Off to watch Scotland today so no doubt I'll partake but thats allowed.
