Late training tonight, benched 140 a bit too easily, Im sure the spotter was helping but he denied it.

Back and bi's.. still cant dead 210.. oh thats right Ive not trained legs yet...

Fukc me I trained legs tonight.. not looking forward to the pain. Squatted up to 5 reps at 140. Not a problem but the bone at the back of my neck is all swelled up again.. must have been sitting wrong. 

My legs have been in extreme super pain since thursday, Ive hardly been able to walk. I forgot just how bad it can be!!

Haven't you trained legs for a while then mate? Sounds nasty, I think I am glad that my legs are f.ucked so can't train them too hard haha

How long have you been off cycle now mate?

Hadn't trained them in 9 months but I cant get a 210 dead without them giving way so I need to train them.

Since March mate so 8 or 9 months..

Im doing great mate, Ive got by that fooking coke problem 95%, I only ever take it when Im out now and thats not often, probably spent 50 quid on it this month as oppose to up to 200 a week in the past. Its highlighted just how much I was living on my credit cards through it though.. just took a 15k loan to pay them off!!!

Anyway, lifes getting a bit easier.

Well trained once last week due to work and stuff so back in tonight on a Monday. Thats a good start. 

Finally managed a 210k deadlift!!! (off of gear that is) Thats from training legs once, with a bit more training of legs I think theres a good bit more in there. 

Deads - 110*4, 150*4, 180*2, 210*1
Chins - BW*5, 4, 4
Wide Pulls - 100*3, *3, 85*5, *5
Wide Pull M/c - 3 sets of 6 at 85
Curl m/c - 3 sets at some weight or other. 

145kg Bench - Naturally..  Well Chuffed


F Bench - 110*5, 130*2, 140*1, 145*1, 110*8
I Bench - 70*5, 90*5, 100*3, 100*2
Then mostly machine work.

Looks like it.. It wasnt even tooo much of a struggle, Im not saying it was easy but it went up. There might be 150 in there!

Good news mate. Do you think this has anything to do with knocking the sniff on the head?

Its 100% to do with it, I dont think people realise quite how much I was on it but think morning till night friday night saturday morning and sometimes sunday. Food intake was minimal. I put it down to eating all weekend (in vast amounts lol)
