Your deads are improving plugster, good to see, this must be the best you have ever done naturally, and all down to cutting out the partying.

Just read that wresting thread from chris87, one of the funniest posts I have ever seen, although his mad weekend wasn't really that mad, by our standards anyway.

Ive never deadlifted 220 without gear and I think thats on the cards soon, I seem to remember struggling with 220 when I was on gear last year?? Mental. 

Just trained shoulders, failed at 100 overhead but fukc it.

220 is on the cards, you'll do it easy big fella, maybe not till next year though as with xmas and that things always get a bit mad.

The Missus is due in 12 days on xmas day, fun times ahead.

Well going out on saturday has proved one thing.. I cant handle it anymore. Still recovering here.. lucky if I see the gym by thursday. Feel like sh1t. How did I do this every weekend for so long???

Well Ive skipped the entire week off of the gym after last weekend. Ive no desire to run out and do it again. Lost 2 days in work due to hangovers and jsut being generally ****ed.. how did I live like this before??

Had a great day today.. made someone redundant the week before christmas.. surely I'll see some benefits to being a director in 2010????
