Trained today, first time in 2 weeks and drank most nights (though not powdered), couldnt beleive it when I benched 140 for 2 easily!!! Powdering over the new year though. Its allowed. 

140 for 2 a decent bench, especially natural, good going Mr Director.

Went back to the gym today after that great chest session last week.. didnt feel right befroe I went in, light headed etc (still do.. not sure whats up) so spent less than 10 minutes benching and then left. Hopefully back to normal for tomorrow for back and bi's.

Felt run down and stressed all week, think I had a bit of a bug but work didnt help. yet to get stuck back into the gym, went in on monday and left after 10 minutes.. felt like sh1te.

First back and bi session this year.. not too bad

Stayed on really for the best part of a year at a time.. not much gaps in 3 years really, certainly not time on = time off. This has been the first nearly year long gap. Hasn't been too bad coming off, just the general guttedness at seeing your weights plummet in the gym and dealing with that.

Well Ive not used oxy's deca primo or masteron. Or HGH. Trens great but its about time I tried deca properly!!

Losing size and losing strength are both sh1t, but really its all in your head, noone else notices .. well I suppose that depends how dramatic the change is but noone really notices with me anyway.

Ive only used test/sust dbol and superdrol.

i like dbol and superdrol, they both make me feel very very cant say the muscle gains are keepable though. bit of strength and water thats it really.

Next id like to use test and winny, or test and tren or maybe all three.
something doesnt sit right with me about deca. loads of lads at my old gym got really bad acne on there arms and chest/back and i have a feeling it was from deca but cant be sure. not joking mate talking a good douzen lads in the same gym with spots all up there arms and torso, up the neck aswell.

Mate that's just a general gear side effect, doubt it was purely Deca or it would be all over the forums. Ive had it from various stuff but usually clomid and nolva, hence why I dont use them anymore. 

Anyway BIG news!!
