After nearly a years abstinence Im running 1g of test enth and 600mg deca plus 50mg ED of dbol for 3 weeks. The test and deca will run until Im bored.

Unbelievably easy mate.. I was pished as a fart, googled free forum software, found the site I use, bought a domain name.. that was about it lol. Over 50 members in under 48 hours so not too shabby.

Trained chest with the usual ridiculous hope that the gear had kicked in already lol.. it hadnt.

Shoulders - 

Military press - 70*5, 80*5, 90*2, 75*5
UP Rows - 3 sets of 5 at 70
Shrugs - 4 sets of 8 at 140
Shoulder Press m/c - 4 sets increasing to stack.

Well a week of Dbol and strengths shooting up already. Shin splints fully in effect as well, made the mistake of walking to the pub yesterday with my mate who didnt know I was on gear.. it was fukcing hard to hide the pain on my face lo, pins and needles all through my feet by the time I got a seat!! Got the bus home.

F Bench - 100*5, 130*5, 140*3, 150*1, 100*10
I bench - 80*8, 90*5, 100*4
Tri Push downs - 4 sets of 4 at 100kg
OH tri push's - 4 sets of 4 at 90kg

Well the dbol is clearly spot on, I also fukced up my dosages last week lol, nearly 2g of test... I'll call it a front load!
