Shoulders tonight, managed Push press 2*100 but then my shoulder hurt like fook so I left. 

Feel loaded with something, a head cold I think but forced myself in anyway

Well in the gym once last week and now Im loaded with the cold.. fukc it Im coming off for a while, having this week as a rest to get better and go back on in a month or so!!

Well over 2 weeks out the gym and forced myself back in today, not a bad session.

F Bench - 100*5, 120*5, 130*5, 140*4, 100*10
I Bench - 60*6, 80*6, 90*6
I m/c Bench - 85*12, *8, *6
Fly M/c - 4 sets at 80 I think
Cable tri work

Strong benching

First back session in about 3.5 weeks , felt a bit light headed afterwards lol. All good though.

Deads - 100*5, 140*5, 160*5, 180*5
Chins - BW*5, *5, *5
Wide pulls - 100*5, *4, 90*5, *5
CG Pulls - 90*5, *5, *5
Curl m/c - 3 sets

10 minutes on the cross trainer.

Training motivation at a lifetime low.. dont know whats going on.. in tonight anyway and a good session but I cant be fukced writing it up..

Get back down the gym man! You know it makes sense. I found the burden of writing all my sh8tty sessions in a journal actually put me off training.

That is why I have had ten of the c.unts and given up on all of them .
