      ^^ Well daz was right didnt bother with the gym on Friday sod it. And T in the park has kinda fukced me up, didnt eat anything from friday night at 6:30 till sunday at 5. Noy good. Pills ran into double figures and toot was flowing freelynot to mention the alchohol. Id like to say I had a great time but I cant really remember...

      Well started eating today, just back from KFC to try and bump up the calories. Back to the grind.

              Mate Im pleased as punch just now, Im just hoping to keep a large bit of that strength when Im off...

              Also chuffed because a few of the lads in the pub were saying i was looking even bigger than normal They normally stick to calling me a fat c*nt (but I know there jelouse really.

                  Hugely ironic seeing as I am right back on track this week seriously though mate I just wish I could keep myself motivated 24/7.
                  Anyway I am pleased to see that you havn't died from your excesses and I am really starting to think that a course of gear might not be out of the question for me despite my habits.

                    It was a light hearted dig mate (PAGAN). Yeah my shoulder feels fine but Im bloody shattered might call this a break week and jsut hit the gym once more tomorrow.. or I might have 2 strong coffees and go in about an hour. Bit of a cock up all round this week so far.

                      Took the strong coffee option but I just couldnt face heavy deadlifts today so I did a cut down back bi's workout focusing on my Bi's for a change.

                      Im assuming the Z bar is 8kg by the way.

                      Preacher Curls - 5*28kg, 5*48kg, 5*58kg, attempted 1*68kg and failed miserably, 2*73kg, 5*28kg
                      1 armed rows - 4 sets of 8 with 50kg db's
                      fornt of neck pull downs - 8*80kg, 8*90kg, 6*100kg, 5*100kg
                      cable curls - 4 sets of 8 at 100kg.

                      done dusted and out of there.. hopefully be more motivated next week., legs tomorrow.

                            Well going ligh tlast week seems to have made all the difference on my legs this week. This was the first day I actually felt like training after the heavy weekend and I more than made up for it. Squat PB SMASHED, obliterated even.

                            Fookin 200kg.... lovin' it

                            Squats - 5*100kg, 5*140kg, 1*170kg, 1*190kg, 1*200kg
                            leg raises - 4 sets of 10 at 100kg
                            leg curls - 4 sets of 8 at 70kg
                            calf raises - 4 sets of 8 at 100kg.

                            Felt like I could have went on for a while but alas its friday and Im off to undo all of my good work.

                              Back to chest today and a bit of a dissapointment, went for the 150kg and jsut couldnt manage it. Think I might have done a few to many reps beforehand, not to worry I 'll try next week before I go on holiday to ruin everything.

                              Flate Bench - 5*90kg, 5*100kg, 2*120, 1*130, 1*140, attempt at 150(not quite), 5*120kg, 5*120kg
                              incline - 8*50kg, 8*70, 8*90, 5*100
                              pec dek - 8*75, 7*75, 7*75, 6*75
                              tricep push - 8*85, 8*95, 6*100, 4*100
                              tricep pull - 15*70, 8*92, 8*92, 6*92, 5*92
