The guy your referring to trained at the Spartan in Aberdeen for some time! When I was at your gym I saw him press 180kilos for 5 good reps. That was the same night I saw the two PL'ers. Made my own gym look "so Graham Norton". The big guy was known as "Howie".

Well thats me out of NPP again so thats that. Im going to go against my own advice and ram up the sust 2 1g a week for the last 4 weeks and keep the var going. Basically so that I dont have any spare sust kicking about, might as well use it all up.

I have made a helpful post on the gyno issue in your other thread I have been looking through your journal and I cant find any shoulder workouts / poundages. I am just interested in comparing them to mine and setting them against your benching which I think is impressive.

I havent done a great deal of shoulder workouts mate due to injury (and being lazy). Certainly no big weights on them anyway. Probably press 80kg out for a few reps on a BB shoulder press, only other things I do are shrugs (about 160kg) and upright rows(70kg).

Chest and tris today, not going for PBs for another couple of weeks yet so I was on the reps tonight, went well I think. Flat bench - 100kg*12, 120*8, 120*5, 120*6 Incline bench - 50kg*8, 70kg*8, 80kg*8, 90kg*6 Pec Dek - 4 sets of 8 at 70kg Tricep press - 8*80kg, 8*90kg, 5*100kg Tricep Pull downs - 4 sets of 8 at 92kg. 8 reps at 120kg without a spotter was the highlight of the night, looking back Im pretty pleased. Unrelated but I just saw batman begins and I thought it was sh1t hot.

Good lifts mate , I see your incline is getting up there. I just saw War Of The Worlds and I thought it was pretty crap.

Dammit Pagan I wanted to see that, I thought it looked good, now youve got me in dissarray. The special effects are impressive but that's about it, oh and it's a bit scary for a 12A. Not that I was scared coz I'm a double hard b*astard

Alrighty, Back and Bi's again (your probably spotting a pattern by now Im a creatur eof habit when it comes to the gym). Deadlifts - 8*100kg, 6*140, 5*170, 3*190 Rows - 7*85kg, 6*85, 5*85, 3*85 Behind neck pull downs - 8*60kg, 8*85, 8*95, 5*100 In front "" - 4 sets of 8(ish) at 80 - 85kg Hammer curls - 4 sets of 6 a side at 27.5kg. Not a bad workout, spent ages over it though, to busy talking and lazing about. Oh and Ive struggled another pound of weight on this week so if I can do that again over the next 3 weeks I'll be happy.

LEgs today again (and round and round we go....) Didnt do a great deal coz Im off to T in the Park on saturday and I dont want to be crawling around a field with dead legs when I could be crawling around a field with good legs. Squats - 8*100kg, 6*140, 5*160 Thigh raises - 4 sets of 8 at 100kg leg curls - 4 sets of 8 at 70kg calf raises - 4 sets of 8 at 90kg All I need now is to actually make it to the gym tomorrow for a shoulder workout and Im sorted.
