not absolutely my finest moment depth wise but I reckon it may have passed. It was there or thereabouts. Pleased because the lift went a lot better than I thought it would re strength in the legs. The worst bit was the walkout which I continue to be truly sh!te at, combined with
the fear. I should be a bit more confident next time.
Bench

125 paused
The 125 was okay strength wise but my shoulder was starting to give me grief so I called it a day. There would be another 5 to 10 available if I was pushing with both shoulders I reckon.
Deadlift

180 -ripped it up to try and inspire some confidence-worked
200 full mental jacket concentration extra aggression etc -worked
