Legs were still mashed from Friday so that was harder than than it needed to be. Few signs of form breaking down and also bit of knee pain so wont be going heavier for 5x5 until that gets put right.
Low Pulley Row

45 per side x 10-8-6
Decided I wouldn't go heavier than last week because it is volume bench on Wed. As it turned out this was more than heavy enough anyway.
Skull/Close Grip (not inc bar)
50 x 10/10 8/8 6/8
I wont say they were easy but deffo better than last week. Shouldn't be long before 12-10-8 which would be awesome.

Xmas bulking is underway with a vengeance. Still have vague abs so not packin on too much flab. I need to keep my weight up purely for self-preservation though. Under 14st and I run the risk of Deadward identifying me as prey.
