It was actually 115kgs! I only realised when I came to write my training diary and looked at the piccie I sent my husband (of the bar) - I'd added it up wrong.

well done.....could I ask what stance you use for your lift? I've been experimenting with mine in an attempt to up the numbers but ya know, nuffinks 'appening....just being nosey so you don't have to say of course...I think my problem is mainly sh1te technique...lol....

Stance - not too wide, just about hip-width - and slight bend in legs but not much. No straps, but I do use gloves, and I have one hand over and one underhand grip if that makes sense? (If doing sets, I alternate which way round I have the hands) x

Benched in new F6 - 110kg for a double to a 1 board....and no tears lol. 
I must also mention that this bad ass bench was followed by Zumba in a Santa hat!

Nic that's even better, well done you. Try without the gloves and using chalk. I was amazed at how stronger I felt when I started with chalk. You'll have a better grip than with gloves.

Thanks Kitty, I will - I often feel like my gloves slip a bit and it does feel awkward. My gym doesn't have chalk but I'll get hold of some. Thank you!
 
KarryAnn that's awesome, what a  great feeling, pull ups are a fab measure of strength! HOORAY!
