Have just been to Tescos bought 2 crates of Fosters, 8 bottles of Bulmers 4 Litres of Coke and a Litre of Vodka

I was carrying this for about 5 minutes whilst walking home, im feeling really vascular right now....

Probs gonna drink more often in order to get this workout it was far superior to most exercises.

****ing hardcore mate.
I have to admit, I wussed out and drove home with my litre bottle of Tesco's cream liqueur safely in the passenger well.
Will go for double hard points soon though by walking four doors down to the fireworks party with it in hand. Might have to pass it to the missus at the halfway point though.

pretty hardcore blue, question is did you punch yourself in the face during the workout then smear blood down your white t-shirt ?
