alrite scott.

be good to see you there mate.

things are good mate, im changing the way i train a bit now. im gonna go into failue alot more now with good form, its oh so tempting just to beast the weights about nbut ive realised that keeping good form is what builds thick tissue not what you can move with iffy form.

its gonna take a while to get into irt but i think it will be more effective.

how is your contest prep going mate?

Shows are great mate, ull get the buzz for them after your first one, be a good day out.

Training that way is SO much better for muscle growth, fcuk the ego size is more important!

Since back is screwed iam doing show in Oct now instead of May so cutting isnt going to happen till July, so its high doses of pizza, maccys and test till then - LOVES IT!.

i hear ya when i was younger i used to think that if i could bench 100kg id be the man.

i then realised that 100kg isnt that heavy in the whole scheme of things and that just because you can bench 100kg doesnt mean your going to be hench

good luck with your show scott and if i see you at the show then ill come over and introduce myself

jesus your subtle lol, ya put it in brackets and everyting

i am a big fan of Dorian and Ruhl, love how they advocate such tough training rather than the usually hubbub about 90% diet.

i reckon i might copy you here and start doing it before my workouts, something to help me get n the zone.

i promise i will start incline benching... douche

yeah your right man. diet is obviously essential for growth but all out beastyness in training is what i need to be doing.

i like to put it on mute and study the technique they use. i actually sit here at home and copy it while i watch. i also like to see what sort of rep range they are failing at too.

call me a douche all you want but you can see the pec stimulation is immense from that clip
