Ayup eveyone, just a quick post. I have stopped my membership at the gym due to persanal problems. I will be going sat + sun morning only! As i usuallt go 5/6 times a week (weights) My diet consists of;

7am - wake
7.30am - 60g protein shake (50g protein, 7g carbs, 4g fat)
8am - 50g jordans fruit and nut cereal with water
10am - 200g cottage cheese/quark
12.30pm - tin tina 150g chicken breast
3.15pm - 200g chicken breast/sala
7pm - 250g poached (water) cod fillets with steamed veg (300) OR 3 chicken breast with mixed stir fry, OR sweet potato with x2 tins of tuna (no mayo)
10pm - snack, 50g of soya beans, or 2 oat cakes with fat free dairy lea triangles.

What yout think?

      Not sure what you are asking?...is it whether you should adjust your diet as you're not doing so many weights sessions?

                Personally your cereal has too much sugar in for my liking and I see no mention of your cardio, is there a reason you can't get out in the evening in a pair of trainers?

                It also looks like your only getting 2 or so portions of fruit and veg. You can probably drop some of the protein if your not weight training so hard.
                 
                Your going to struggle on a bulk with only training sat/sun morning.
