I wouldn't like to be doing a final year with the headfook of a prep going on mate so you might be doing the right thing waitin. As for chasing girl's, I still do the odd bit of window shopping, just don't go and buy anything

Thanks Taz, I'm hoping my usual "holiday time" mindset kicks in lol. As said before, once I start seeing results I'm happy and it keeps me going and motivated. Will be a tough 16 weeks but I'm really looking forward to it. Went round to the VIP's last night and gave her a hand preppin her food for today. She's absolutely addicted, she's got DOMS this morning and was chuckling over text while doing cardio this morning. I did the track of pressing "stop" instead of "sleep" again but still got the cardio in and got to work on time. I think I might be coming down with a cold but hopefully I can fend it off. Not looking forward to legs later, but I'll be fine once I'm there.

making shakira look fat would be a great feat mate.. and one which i would like piccture proof of too please :-P haha.. tis good she has the big tho mate.. wished i could find a girl like that.. most of my ex's went to the gym with no real interest.. would love a girl who loved it as much as me..

I know exactly how you feel mate, my ex's just used to give me hastle about diet and training etc and it took the fun out it for me. Now I've got her texting me saying "time to eat babe!x" and things like that. I've got her and her mate coming with me to IB's next show as they're both into it. As I said elsewhere, they're like Purple Aki but better looking haha. She's sooooo determined as she's that type of person, she has her own business and is training at 6am so it doesn't get in the way. Had to cut session short today as I felt soooooo ill it's unreal. As much as I usually like a sick feeling in the gym it wasn't from intensity today. Quads/Hams and calf’s: Leg extensions - Pg17x15,15,15,15 (same) Hack Squat - Pg16x8,8,8,8 (up weight) Leg press - 195kg PScarb styleeeeee! (up same) Lying leg curl – Pg10x10,10,10,10 (up reps) Stiff leg deads - with DB – 32.5kgx8,8 (stopped here) Might have to have a couple of days off to see if I feel any better as I'm absolutely shatted too.

Thanks mate, as said I now have a proper goal to work to. Skipped morning cardio as I feel like sh1t. Defo going to put a few more cals in today and rest up to see if I can make it to the gym tomorrow. I seem to be aching everywhere.

Get loads of Vit C in ya mate to help fight off the cold!!!! As for the new VIP I am to say a little jealous with her being all involved in your training. However I did managed to get mine into a little stretching and abbs workout this week and she said she wants to do it every week…… Maybe I can get her down to Kick-Boxing at some point too lol!!!!

I'm downin the vit C mate, I think it's helped in the way that I've only had a mild bout of the cold. Ok I'm lathargic and a bit achey but people at work have been off for days with it. As for the VIP she's just text me now sayin "Did my cardio at 6am and my god these DOMS are killing, I Fookin love it! Chicken and peanut butter time now x" She's breezed the first week and is loving it. Subtle changes have happened already, her hip area mainly. Had the afternoon off work yesterday and spent most of the day and night in bed. Feeling a bit better today and managed the usual chest and bi's session in the gym, albeit with a few less KG's on the bars. Got some good pumps though so not complaining.

Not trained at all the last few days as I've been struck down with man flu, cardio is still going though. Paul has also adjusted diet which should help shed some blubber. Clen has also been added. I'm going to take the rest of the week off lifting and start back monday probably. On the comp front I've got a lad from my gym wo I used to do MMA with wanting to do the same show so should be even more motivation for me.

@Oasis, it's supposed to be a good place mate. From what I've heard it's been set up by a bloke called Dave Keely (might be a different name but sure it's that). He was strike and submit euro super HW champ so knows his stuff. I've never been up though. Personally I'd either go to Manvers Fight Factory as the trainers there are just unreal. Also Sheffield Shoot Fighters is good too. @Forddee, cheers mate. Looking forward to the lad joining in as he's going to be good competition. @Taz, I'm doing 80mcg ED mate. Just to get the furnace stoked a little. I like it tbh. Cardio is mainly for my dog. Not fair having a dog like this and not walking him lol

He's supposed to be a staffy, but he's more like the American version if you catch my drift mate  think there's a pic of him a few pages back. Dropped back to 15st 12lb this morning so it's clear that the adjustment Paul made has shedded some excess water. Cardio is still going but not starting back liftin til next week as still not 100%.
