    The decending sets one looks nice and painful, i might give that a go!  Nice steady warm up and cool down on the treadmil and thats a full session! And still allows me to practice cleans

    Well so much for me going to the gym this morning, wasnt even open till ten so didnt have time in the end!

    I am getting frustrated about the amount of times I have been NOT training recently

    Cant train tomorrow because the gyms arnt open when i finish work so gonna have to try and do something tue,wed,thur,fri but not too much on friday because im going to the Body Power Expo sat/sun and want to be a little fresh and prepared for the bodyweight challenges

    Im hoping there is one for dips!

      Enjoyed this IMMENSELY today. Really needed a good session
      Liked warming up with the overhead squats, i need to experiment more with grip width to make it more comfortable!
      Next time I do the jerk I will up th weight slightly or do more reps but I might rack the bar and reset after each rep because dropping it back down onto my shoulders after each rep was tiring!

      Exolean -
      Sweated big time but the gym was packed and i was taking a little less rest than usual so dont want to put it down to the exolean just yet because I havent felt anything from it otherwise.
      Endure - Tiny bit of tingling.  The 'burn' was kicking in slightly later than usual ...which was nice

        Dragged myself out of bed this morning and went for a run with the girlfriend
        Feel great for it! We didnt go very far and I wasnt very tired after but still impressed I got out of bed lol!

        Should probably go for another one later this afternoon but doubt that will happen

          Pretty good workout, squats were tough again, could have probably managed 100kg for sets of 5, might try for that next week. Cleans felt really solid, could have gone for sets at 80-85kg I reckon but didnt want to overload my lower back, was pumped up to the max lol!

          Front lever is feeling really strong couple of months more like this and im hoping to be able to hold it with legs fully oustretched

          Only thing im finding with these sessions is that It really takes it out of me.  Could I do a heavy session every third day? and just some light cardio and conditioning on the days inbetween??

                Took a day off training yesterday because my body was still dying from the weekend 

              Todays Training


              Overhead Squats

              Front lever pulll ups

              Lots of practice on my OH squats today after speaking to Drew over the weekend.  Thanks for the advice. I was missing a couple of things mainly the shoulder shrug.  That improved my stabilty ten fold today  Hoping my wrists strengthen up quick though!

              Deads felt....ok.  Went barefoot today which was better than with shoes and focused on keeping my chest up. Legs were tired today for some reason 

              BTN jerks, thought id try them for a first time after watching T0NY do them in his training vids and the demonstrations at Body Power.  The felt good. Re racked the bar after each rep to be sure of form.  And went for a straddle instead of split jerk, was more comfortable with BTN.

              Had to leave out iron cross press today.  Middle of left bicep feels a little strained when tense so didnt want to overdo it.  Should be fine by wed/thur hopefully.

              Just sifting through all my freebies from body power now

                  Dont know, maybe, years down the line now when I feel happy enough with my physique!  If i was going to compete I would either go for a classic catagory or under 90kg in which case I need to put on another 12kg or so which might take me a while lol.
                  Just focusing on enjoying my training and building up strength for the time being.

                  What about you?  Thinking of competing one day?  Bodybuilding/powerlifting/oly lifting???

                    As for competing why not go for a lower weight cat?  You were very lean at the expo and vascularity was there without a prob.  I think you'd do pretty well.

                      Thanks, dunno, suppose under 80kg would be a good bet.  Id probs weight about 74kg stage weight.
                      I did some posing for a laugh on stage with EAS on the sunday and just felt tiny, although I was stood next to some pretty big guys lol!
                      Plus i reckon it would take me months just to used to posing for that long and practicing a routine.  I wouldnt dare go on stage unless I was 100% satified with the whole package!

                          If anything it would most likely be powerlifting. Oly lifting is fun, but I don't want to dedicate myself to it. I enjoy just doing general strength/power stuff.

                            I dont understand how it works on height though.  Whats favoured?? Im on 5ft 11 but someone 5ft 5 or something and 80kg looks massive compared to me!  Thats maybe why I think a classic catagory would be best because that goes on height AND weight I think.

                            Well with your strength at the minute I think your going the right way.  Just keep consistent with your main lifts and enjoy yourself!

                              Morning run was nice.  Football was tough, didnt get chance to warm up.  Dont know what I have done to the top of my left foot but that hurts.  And I think I hit the ball too hard one time and the shock up my leg may have pulled my right glute 
                              Im hoping its just discomfort and not a strain.  I want to do front squats tomorrow night

                                Were about the same weight now mate , I weighed in at 12 . 4 this morning. You are tons leaner than me though. Not sure if I'm looking forward to seeing your finished condition or not !
                                No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

                                  Cheers mate, pitty my bench, squat and press and poo lol! I dont like the look of my back in the Vid though!  I cant really go past 150kg with decent form!  My back is quite strong but I think my legs are lagging behind.  I might start doing platform deads for a while or on/off.  Improve my leg drive! 

                                  Well my new exolean came through this morning so hopefully this batch will have more of an effect!
                                  Im hoping to do a cycle of SD in mid june after my exolean.  Will be my first proper cycle 
                                  Maybe I might catch you up on the other lifts by the end of summer

                                    Not bad not bad!  Went light (ish) on the front squats because my bum cheek still felt funny from football yest.  After warm up wasnt too bad though!

                                    Still playing around with grip width on my OH squats but they felt good again today! want to start upping the weight slightly next week.

                                    Press felt strong for once. strict sets of 5 at 50kg is good for me

                                      Built up my OH squats and they were feeling steady so gave 60kg a go! Pretty good, wasnt immensely hard! Might try and do a longer warm up then build up to sets at 50kg!

                                      Squats, just wanted to see how hard they actually are when I go heavier.  I Should really be doing my sets at about 105-110kg, ill have to stop being a little girl next session

                                      My legs were pretty tired so Just went for sets of cleans with the bar.

                                        OH squats felt tough at 50kg. mainly balance.  Where your looking makes a big difference.  I took my eyes of a set point during one set and nearly lost the bar because I was off balance   
                                        Still a bitch controlling the bar on the way down though.  Anyone got any tips for this?? 

                                        Found a thick block of wood to do my platform deads on. 100kg made my back round a bit so dropped to 90 and made sure I sat right into it and kept my chest up.  Felt really good, was pleased.  Wouldnt mind doing those before a couple of sets of normal deads for a few weeks to see if it helps my form!

                                        Thought id test myself for fun on the BTN Jerks.  Didnt think i would have been able to lift 90 but 85 came up fine.  The first attempt at 90 was a bit wobbly but the 2nd was fine, didnt press straight into lock out, couple of inches out and just pressed the rest of the way no probs

                                        Been on the different batch of Exolean for a few days now, straight in at 3 caps per day.....not felt anything different yet.
                                        Still Enjoying the Endure though.  Felt like I could have done a lot more volume today but didnt really have time
