OH squats felt tough at 50kg. mainly balance. Where your looking makes a big difference. I took my eyes of a set point during one set and nearly lost the bar because I was off balance
Still a bitch controlling the bar on the way down though. Anyone got any tips for this??
Found a thick block of wood to do my platform deads on. 100kg made my back round a bit so dropped to 90 and made sure I sat right into it and kept my chest up. Felt really good, was pleased. Wouldnt mind doing those before a couple of sets of normal deads for a few weeks to see if it helps my form!
Thought id test myself for fun on the BTN Jerks. Didnt think i would have been able to lift 90 but 85 came up fine. The first attempt at 90 was a bit wobbly but the 2nd was fine, didnt press straight into lock out, couple of inches out and just pressed the rest of the way no probs
Been on the different batch of Exolean for a few days now, straight in at 3 caps per day.....not felt anything different yet.
Still Enjoying the Endure though. Felt like I could have done a lot more volume today but didnt really have time
