Day 40

Nothing new to add really.  Trainings still good.

Did chest at gymnastics training the other day so lots of press ups, dips on rings, swinging dips on parallel bars and some core and flexibility work.

I was suffering big time after playing 5 a side on tuesday night wheezing for hours after i'd been running round that hard.  Cardio's taken a pounding, to be expected i suppose.  Been focusing on weights so much recently.
Want to change my training next week though, coulpe of weights sessions, couple of cicuits and a bike ride or 2.  Should keep me in tip top shape.  Be nice and ripped for the park in summer

Re:Time to Bite the Bullet! - 26 April 2010 10:44
into my 2nd of of PCT today.

Weighed myself yesterday morning.........12st 13.8lbs  lol stopped just before 13st.  ah well.  pretty chuffed with 8 or 9 lbs, cant remember exactly.  Had a few comments of friends and family saying im looking a bit broader and shoulders look bigger. ill try and get some pics up at some point!

Overall pretty happy with the cycle.  Got what i wanted from it which was a steady weight gain

Pro's
Steady weight gain
Small strength increase
Good pumps
No hair loss
Very few spots

Con's
Cardio suffered a little
Really uncomfortable lower back pumps
Bad calf pumps the other day when i tried running

I think next time ill try something like hdrol or similar so i can compare it to epi.  Still want something mild with similar effects.

Hey bud, been following this thread for a while now.

Liking the training.

Quick question, how many days into your cycle did you notice the strength increase kick in?

Cheers MMA

because id changed my training to focus on weights not long before starting the cycle it was hard to try and determine when the strength increases were.  But id say most effects from the epi kicked in after 2 weeks.  And definitely noticeable after 3 weeks.

Going through a little stretching phase again, every year and try and stretch regularly to try and improve my flexibility then after a month or so i wont stretch for about a year   Doing well so far though, at least once a day for the past 2 weeks and seeing improvements.

Also changed my routine as of last week.  Doing Full body heavy weights sesh as above every 4th day and doing a couple of circuits and some light cardio sessions.  Enjoyed the last few ive done
