High Bar

muscle ups
ring sequences - muscle up, support hold, inverted hang, tucked front lever

Pbars
swinging dips
inverted rows

Stretch

Tried the muscle ups to start with and managed 6, last one was iffy lol.  Vid to follow, if i windows movie maker would stop saving it in the wrong format

      Stretch

      Joined in with the lads circuits today so missed out a few of my planned exercises cos I was already fatigued  Not bad though overall!

        Dissapointing, to start with I forgot to do my swings on high bar and was too tired at the end.  Then the rest if the session just felt lazy. maybe a day off tomorrow will do me good.  If anything ill go for a jog cos im not playing football tomorrow.

        Weight this morning - 12st 1

        No loss in the past couple of weeks but then again I have increased my calories because I have been living in my new flat and eating a lot better.
        Finished my lot of Exolean now.  Overall pretty god damn impressed.  I didnt change my diet at all up until a couple of weeks ago and lost 5lbs.  I experienced NO sides AT ALL!  I know a couple of others have had increased body temp + sweating but i didnt even get that and I was using the MCT oil which is supposed to make the caps more effective!
        Certainly something I would consider doin again.....if I ever need to lose weight

          Todays Diet


          Thought id post it up for once, this is similar to what I eat most days.

          meal 1 - James super smoothie cutting shake (no oats but extra milk and yog)
          meal 2 - large bowl of mixed fruit and nut musili + green tea

          train - sip 40g whey during
          pwo - 40g wms

          meal 3 - 3 slices granary bread, tin of tuna, half a can of sweetcorn, tbls xlight mayo, few mouthfulls of natural yogurt + green tea
          meal 4 - 2 whole meal pittas, tin of mackeral in tomato sauce, some hummous + green tea
          meal 5 - wholemeal pasta, chicken breast, mozzerella, mixed salad with olive oil dressing + green tea

          About 10pm ill prob have some natural yogurt and maybe a toasted pitta with some hummous and a peppermint tea.

              just a thing u rely on carbs too much some meals lack protien, tuna and mackrel are the only solid stuff i can count. but if it works for u ok
              i live around clowns and ppl with no testosterone

                dyskee - Chicken and whey done count then to you lol?? 
                The super smoothie I have in the morning has a couple of scoops of whey and an extra 5g glutamine.  
                My evening meal had a large chicken breast and some mozzerella.  
                And my bedtime snack had natural yog and some hummous, both which have protein, not in massive amounts but still ok.  I always try to balance my meals, but thanks for looking it over 

                My diet is never a finished article, always adjusting, I eat amounts that I feel are necessary.  If one day I have been tired then next day I will up my carbs. If I feel too full after a meal with extra carbs the next time I will reduce it slightly, and so on!

                      Last set on high bar again today and I managed 5 giants, would have gone for more but felt soooo dizzy and knew I would probably time my swing badly lol.  Its such a good feeling, Im still on a high!  Learning a new skill like that is amazing!
                      Glad im not training again till monday though, aching massively!  Maybe some light cardio on the weekend if anything.

                        hello again!
                        had a bit of a break from the journal section because it was making me want to train lol

                        I injured my shoulder nearly 2 weeks ago on the high bar at gymnastics.  I think the swings round and wrenching of the shoulders knacked my rotator cuff on my left!

                        I was devastaed, couldnt lift my arm above my head for a few days.  took a weeks complete rest from training and took regular ibruprofen.  Just did some jogging this week and started doing some light band work to get it moving again.
                        Sooooooooooo much better now but i know im not gonna be able to do my gymnastics type training for a while 

                        Did some weights today cos was getting withdrawl symptoms lol.  Just did a bit of everything and it felt goooood.  tiny twinge in my shoulder in certain positions but nothing painful.

                        On a better note, i have passed my 2 medical tests for the fireservice and am due to start beginning of september   It will have only taken me 2 years from applying to getting in lol

                          Finally im back on the net. Felt lost without it!

                          Been training at virgin on kirkstall road in leeds.  Love it.  Not the most amazing free weights but I like the space and the other equipment...and the steam room...and the attractive ladies 

                          Been doing BB style training for a change, quite enjoying it, still some of my own interesting exercises in there to keep up my bodyweight strength of course 
                          To say id had a solid 3 weeks off training cos of injury and had not done weights before that since may some of my lifts felt good!

                            AI Maniac Review


                            Mixed my little bag of pink powder with just 300ml of water - 

                            Mixability - 8/10 - not bad, majority mixed quickly, just some small bits that didnt dissolve, same with pretty much all pre workout mix's ive tried!  Also seemed to produce some gas during the mix and when i opened the top on my shaker it flew off and i was sprayed in the face lol!

                            Taste - 6/10 - It was probably supposed to be mixed with more water than i used.  I like sour sweets but this was even too tangy for me!  Very very sour taste, more diluted i can imagine it would have been a lot nicer, like sour sweets mmmmm

                            Pump - Not gonna give it a mark because its either a yes or no for me...so it gets a yes! it did give a pump, after doing chest i couldnt even tense my pecs because they felt so full.  was nice!

                            Energy - ill admit for my session my pre workout nutrition wasnt the best that day.  But i was perky through my whole session. Didnt get a crash or anything.  Didnt experience any extra reps during exercises.

                            Overall - Yeah, not bad, if you havent responded to other pump products and your into that kind of supp worth a bash.
