It must be good with a name like that lol! Yesterdays training Squats 1x10 - 60kg 8x8 - 80kg Deadlifts 3x10 - 80kg BB press 1x8 - 50kg 3x8 - 50kg Seated DB press 4x8 Smith BTN press 4x8 Leg sesh was light because I went for a 5 mile run the other day which I havent done in months and my legs were super tight!

Day 1 on Epi Todays Training Pull ups 1x8 4x6 + 10kg Low pulley rows (narrow) 4x10 Straight arm pull downs 4x8 Wide rows 3x15 Bicep 35's x2 Not a bad sesh, afterwards felt like I should i have done a couple more sets of pull ups but ah well. Finished off just with a couple of sets of 35's. saw them in the muscletalk newsletter and fancied trying them. Loved the pump

Day 2 No training today, was doing rope rescue training all day, and didnt get chance. still tiring though! The day's rest from weights prob did me good though, chest and arms tomorrow.

Day 3 Flat bench 1x10 - 50 1x8 - 70 1x8 - 80 3x6 - 85 Ring dips 4x6 Inc guillotine press 3x8 cable flys 3x8 Not a bad session. wanted to try a little heavier on bench and do arms aswell but my arm hurt. im hoping its not tendonitis and that a little rest will cure it

Day 4 Squats (all sets of 8) 60,70,80,90,100,100,90,80 Slowly building the weight and volume back on my legs. Was gonna do another set on 70 and 60 aswell but was getting some rather uncomfortable pumps in my lower back. Dont know whether its because of lack of squatting over the months or the epi rearing its side effect head. Either way im gonna pick up some potassium and taurine to take to combat it. Was gonna do shoulders last night aswell but didnt get chance, had too much drilling to do and we got a few call outs so I did it the following morning. Day 5 BB press 4x15 - 30kg Seated DB press 4x12 Seated BTN press 4x12 Cable rear flys 2x25 I went quite light, kept it strict and went for reps instead because I didnt want to aggravate my arm. Felt fine thank god and did a few sets of light Bi's and Tri's at the end to see if that hurt and was fine too. Just gonna be careful and try to start light for a few sets to get a good warm up now on.

Cheers dyskee Well im hoping i just strained it and it was just acute because it didnt hurt at all today, still gonna warm up properly from now on i think. Day 6 BTN lat pull downs 3x20 (light-ish) Negative Chins 3x3 +20kg Bent over rows 4x10 Low pulley rows 4x10 Wide rows 3x15 Deads 3x10 Mixed bicep and abs work Good session. No pumps in lower back which is good but i was only going light on deads. but i remembered ive got some electrolyte tablets so gonna take one of them pre workout now on and see if it helps.

ha ha look at you going all bodybuilding with your routine! You will get bored soon ha ha. have a look into that crossfit strength bias its got olympic lifts heavy lifts skill work like rings ect and heavy met cons. am just starting a modified version now!

lol I know ill get bored after a while but if it helps me get a bit of mass on im up for it. Day 7 Flat BB bench 1x8 - 60 1x8 - 70 1x8 - 80 3x6 - 85 Ring Dips 4x8 Incline DB bench 3x10 Cable flys 3x10 Some mixed tri and ab work. Good session. Hopefully weigh myself in the morning after my first week on epi. See if ive managed to put on a pound

Forgot to weigh myself this morning, DOH  Gonna just do it tomorrow morning before work to get a more accurate reading. Day 8 Squats 1x10 - Bar 1x8 - 60 1x8 - 80 1x8 - 100 3x5 - 110 3x8 - 90 (narrow) 1x20 - 50 (wide) Handstands 3x45s BB press 4x8 - 40 Smith BTN press 4x8 DB press 3x10 Shrugs 3x8 Some mixed ab and rotator cuff work. Good session. No uncomfortable pumps even after all those squats  110 felt ok, tempted to do a few sets of 3 at 120kg but thought id leave that till next sesh.

Day 9 No training today but have been running around and lifting heavy tools for most of the day. Nothing to report on the Epi yet. Reckon it will start to kick in a few days....or I hope it will!

Im enjoying squatting at the minute. Gonna stick with the standard width for most sets and just do a few narrow sets to finish off my quads.
