Time to Grow! 08 January 2012 12:37 (permalink)
Thought i'd throw my hat into the ring with the SUC.

I'm sitting at 105kg, i have been enjoying some good down time after the brits this year and relaxing with friend, family and my new partner.

BF % who knows... i'm gauging all of this off pics and the weighing scale.

Post xmas bloat and off the back of a looong PCT (excuses lined up already ya see!)

Here's the pics... my plan is to jump back on the size wagon and gain some quality mass.

Everytime I see your pics I realise I need to step the mass gain up a tad :)

Mate we've all got to start somewhere, use this SUC to kick start your training! Don't forget to eat often, and have lots of protein.

I'd start with a 3 day split, keep it nice and simple, at your stage of development your recovery probably won't be able to take much more.

I'm going for an all out bulk, but not looking to just look fat though.
hmmm 12 weeks would probably see 5-8kg on at least

                          Here is my diet

                          Breakfast - Crunchy nut
Lunch - Apple and cheese and pickle sandwhich
                          Dinner - Pot noodle

I train 3x a week but involves a blend of tae-bo and spinning classes.
How can i bring up my cheek muscles?

I cant make you a prime minister? How can i PM you?? that surely requires a general election, not forgetting a regional vote?

I enjoy watching the bulkers sometimes more than the cutters a much harder task, looks like you have had a good off season already mate. Be a inspiring journal as usual. Good luck
