Goal: add lbm while keeping fat at minimum
Supps: nothing fancy, just plain old whey, fish oil and joint support
 
Height: 175 cm (5'9")
Weight: 78,1kg (172 lbs)
BF%: 15% I guess
Chest: 106 cm (41,7")
Waist (at navel): 80cm (31.5")
Legs: 59 cm (23.2")
Arms: 38 cm (14.9")
 
Routine: using DC training right now, will start my 2nd blast with the SUC
Now the pictures, mods let me know if the one with the date is fine

                            Thanks mate, but I need to add some size to look like someone who's working out. Legs really need to get bigger and arms.... everything below 40cm (~15,8") is small

                                  Started my new blast and the SUC. I was really missing that ‘I’m going to puke after this rep’ feeling, that only a DC session can give you. Dropped the weights a bit back from my last session of the previous blast, but it seems like in some exercises I may have dropped to much.
                                  Bit in a hurry, because I have too cook, eat and go to work… will update more this evening, maybe.
                                   
                                  RP = Rest Pause, 20 sec pause
                                  SS = Straight Set
                                  WM = Widow Maker, 20 reps set
                                  LT = Last Time
                                  TT = This Time
                                  A = Increase weight next time
                                  B = Same  weight next time

                                  Smith Incline bench press 1 set 11-15 RP
                                  TT 75kg 18+static hold+negative A

                                  db seated military press 1 set 15-30 RP
