Been a busy weekend i had a pizza for my cheat meal this week was ok strange how you dont seem to enjoy it when eating but crave it all week lol, saturday night dropped tonnes of snow so went sledging with my daughter for 4hrs must count as cardio surely. It wasnt fun eating cold tuna and pasta in a cold field but i stuck to my diet really craving comfort food as it was cold. Really sore chest to day so had a good session and did 175kg deadlift for 6reps to night even tho my back and shoulder is sore from the sledging, still hitting 5am cardio didnt seem to be doing th e HIT cardio justice as quite tired in the afternoon so back to SSCV.

weight this morning 13st 10lbs thats a 15lbs loss so far seems to be a 2lb loss each week.

Cheers for the comments the pizza was ok lol. I think I lost alot of water at the start that's why my loss seems so high, as for looking different a little bit more shape to my chest and my waistline looks slimmer abs doing their best to show but still blurred. I know I can look alot better but I normally diet about 16-20weeks so I don't think 12 weeks will do me justice but it's a great start to getting back in shape. If I get down to 12st I will be chuffed but I think that will be about the 12% body fat mark.

Had a slip up to day my daughter went to bed at 7pm like normal but didnt wake till 10am then went back to sleep till 1pm then awake for 20mins then back to sleep so was quite worried all day so finnished work at 4pm and took her docs they sent us to the hospitial just more of a check up seems she has caught a stomcah virus was checking more for menigitis cause our childminder was ill with it last week. It has been quite draining worrying all day and got out late from the hospital so had sausage and chips for dinner so we could concentrate on getting our daughter sorted than cooking healthy meals and the doritios i didnt finnish sat and missed the gym.  Some things are just more important when we got her home she ran around like a bullet as normal and has gone back to bed normal time so blasted 30mins cardio. Will try get some extra cardio in this weekend as long as my daughter is better.

Weigh in this morning 13st 7lbs so coming along nicely need to be doing a little bit more cardio really been tired due to my daughter not sleeping to well. Will try and do some evening sessions this week to catch up. If I can drop to 12st 7lbs I will be happy not going to push 12st , 21 pounds in 7 weeks is a bit to much I think. I have dropped a few more carbs only a small amount as I'm not really struggling with the diet so will see if the changes make a difference.

Good question I've dropped down to 25grams of oats in the morning and sometimes have omellete inthe evening not sure where I can drop anymore carbs. Going to stick to this for a while and see what happens.
