Thanks guys really sorry about the first short post but i only had 1/2hr to take doggy pics upload them and post with my slow ass laptop as well. Ive had a few years off competing and did some bulking without cardio which looks like a big mistake,ive had a busy year with the birth of my daughter so training took a step back time to trim down a bit, im not going flat out just want to slowly drop weight so i dont loose any muscle so it might be a massive improvement but hoping to lose 20lbs!!!! Good guys enjoy healthy eating and plenty of cardio.

Protein 354g Carbs 364g Fat 57grams roughly 3300kcls will slowly drop the amouts next week. Will be doing roughly 4-5cardio session per week and weights 5times a week.

50mins cardio first thing morning to get the ball rolling did ok felt a little tired towards the end about 390kcls burnt diet going smoothly still hungry even tho I'm eating quite a bit just want to steady myself in ,looking forward to training bis and tris to night.

Cheers WTF I'm not planing on trying to be the best shape I've been in as I want to do it slowly ,but thanks for the support should be a good battle between members good luck to you as well. I've decided to go assisted bucket loads of green tea and black coffee whoop whoop Also got a delivery from BBW choc cookie fancied a change!!!!

Got my deleivery fromBBW i thought it was meant to turn up on tuesday but got a few freebies a casien sample and some wraps nice one. Diet going really well made a small chande dropped a small amount of oats as i felt like i didnt need that much. Today trainned bis and tris got my old training patner back and he likes to push big weights which is a nice kick up the arse. ez wide grip 20kg warmup 20reps 30kg 12reps 40kg 10reps 45kg 8reps seated close grip preacher curl 20kg 20reps 30kg 15reps 40kg 8reps 50kg failed on 4reps hammer curl bar 10kg 15reps 20kg 10reps 25kg 8reps 25kg 8reps standing curls 2sets of 10kg 16reps skull crusher 20kg 15reps 30kg 10reps 40kg 10reps 45kg 8reps underhand grip pulldown 90lbs 15reps 150lbs 10reps 160lbs 10reps 160lbs 10reps superset with kickbacks 20lbs 4 x 10reps was sweating like a pig good session tho and pump.

walkie Some strength in here mate! cheers walkie i like to lift heavy and sometimes i perfer more reps depending on my mood i dont stick to a routine just what i feel like on the day, works best for me!!

Diet going smoothly the wife had half a pizza and left the rest on the side drooled all over it lol. But I was a good boy cooked my salmon and potatoes. Trained shoulders DB press. 15 kg warm up 20 reps 22 kg 15reps 30 kg 10reps 42 kg 8reps 45 kg 6 reps Side lat raises 15 kg 15 reps 17 kg 10 reps 22 kg 10 reps 22 kg 6 reps Seated front raises 10 kg 4 x 10 reps Face pulls. 45 lbs 10 reps 60 lbx 10 reps 75 lbs 10 reps 90lbs 10reps BB shrugs 100 kg 10 reps 130 kg 10 reps 140 kg 8 reps Seated press 150 lbs 20 reps 165lbs 15reps 180lbs 8reps Good session really good pump nice to train with someone just to push it a bit harder.
