Did i make it in time heres my pics not pretty lol thats why im cutting slowly to get BF% down and add some lean muscle growth. I will do it natural just plenty of cardio and healthy food and hard work staarting weight 14st 11lbs heaviest i have ever been.

So heres my finnished pics sorry they are a little blurry struggled to find good lighting and they was took by my 9year old daughter, i,m quite happy with the progress not going to look at the negatives just going to push my self harder as im a long way from stage condition its been a good start tho. Knocked a good 31pounds of fat off that i didnt need now time to get serious.
Starting weight was 14st 11lbs now 12st 8lbs 2stone and 3lbs lost i didnt do any tricks like drop wtaer or anything, didnt over do the cardio just ate healthy with 1-2 cheats per week. Didnt train abs once think its time to start tho.
So really this is the start of my journey as i have a new diet for the next 18weeks to get completly tight and cut so here we go.
I made the mistake of training legs yesterday so my legs aint showing the condition as usual lol.

Thanks guys really sorry about the first short post but i only had 1/2hr to take doggy pics upload them and post with my slow ass laptop as well.
Ive had a few years off competing and did some bulking without cardio which looks like a big mistake, ive had a busy year with the birth of my daughter so training took a step back time to trim down a bit, im not going flat out just want to slowly drop weight so i dont loose any muscle so it might be a massive improvement but hoping to lose 20lbs!!!!

Good guys enjoy healthy eating and plenty of cardio.
