Right, first session done:
Barbell Squat 80kg x 12, 100kg x 10, 120kg x 6 - proper depth, dying towards end...
Leg Extensions 67.5kg x 12, 75kg x 10, 82.5kg x 8 - ouch, nuff said
Dumbbell Fly 10kg x 12, 15kg x 10, 20kg x 8 - felt good until last rep made shoulder twinge
Cable Cross Over 45kg x 12, 52.5kg x 10, 60kg x 7 - first set let chest aching, next couple were oddly gentle?
Cable Standing Triceps Extension 60kg x 12, 67.5kg x 10, 75kg x 4 - ran out of steam
Dumbbell Front Raise 6kg x 12, 8kg x 10, 10kg x 8 - fine
Dumbbell Lateral Raise 6kg x 12, 8kg x 10, 10kg x 8 - fine
Seated pull down 80kg x 12, 100kg x 10, 120kg x 1 - BIG fail on last set, just nothing left
DB Bicep curl 20kgx 10 - meh
Didn't get time for calves or hammies as Jess was finished quicker than me - gonna have to speed my ass up again! I did feel pretty tired/slow going round, first time in ages I've not used a pre workout, might drag the superpump max or levrone formula out that I've still got some of, but am thinking I might just switch to a coffee before hand, without my traditional 3 sugars...
PWO I had my RecoverFX, but I also dumped in 30g of instant whey... tasted good! Going forwards I'll do a scoop of each - so will halve the amount of sugars coming in, should cover me I think.
