      Yeah, suffice to say I forgot about this!!
       
      MT downtime = no reminder = no photos. Oh well, the first SUC I've failed to finish what I've started...
       
      TBH I've only trained/eaten properly for half of the duration anyway, so would have been pretty lame shots. I'm about 6lbs heavier than at the start, probably just fat, lol!
       
      Might take some snaps tonight for the sake of it, good to give myself a new start point!!

        Take some snaps Tony, but also I believe there was an extension to the deadline because of the technical faults.

            Ok, here we go. End weight 90kg - so 6 or 7lbs up - did get heavier, but as above, for various reasons I've had a good 6 weeks no training in this one... so these are more starting shots for me for the next 8 weeks to look back at!!
             










             
             
            I'm off away for a few days now, so in the meantime congrats to all who stuck to the plan!!

                        Yes, first time round.. not sure what to expect, test diet last year went ok, so hopefully I won't find it too daunting. Realstically I'm not the biggest of guys so will have to hope balance/symmetry/posing pull me up a little. Been crunching numbers on how light I'm gonna be if I do get properly ripped... not good, lol!!
