Goal: Bulk with IF, if it works, otherwise carry n regardless
Start: 87.3kg
Assistance: None - totally clean NPA stylee - as per last SUC that mean no fancy fat burners either for keeping gut in check!
Hopes: To gain well without getting too (!) fat
Plan: 3 day split, train eveery other day, maybe some cardio, but doubt it
