Spoke to my gear source, can't get Tren Ace at the moment, only E. He has a bottle of Ace he can spare, picking it up tomorrow and going to run to assess sides, If ok will order the rest in E.

Deadlifts

Hell week 6x6, certainly lived up to its name. Back pumps like I have never felt before, last week was fine but that extra rep on each set just adds to the cumulative fatigue. First 3 sets were easy by all accounts, 4th started to feel it a little, 5th about the same and the 6th had to catch my breath between each rep. Every rep of every set was the same speed just catching my breath that killed me off towards the end. Definite improvement in my deads as a whole, the assistance work is paying off. Had to lie down for 10 minutes after 6x6 as my back was pumped beyond belief, even thought about binning the rest of the work off but subsided pretty quickly and ploughed on. Kept the weights the same for the assistance as last week as wasn't sure how it was going to go, pretty tough but got it done.

5x5 next week and that should be a breeze compared to this week.

Sh!t loads of graft!

Doing your B dead day on an axle is quite a good idea. Do you have an axle at your normal gym?

No axle at normal gym, why I am going to do it on Sundays now.

Leaves Monday open as well, I can now use that for some conditioning work/cardio.

Tren has begun.

Running Ace this week to assess sides, if OK will move to Tren E next week and taper off the Ace, used steroid calc and the below looks ok to me.

Jabbed this morning, has given me a pretty good dead leg feeling already.

Tren Ace Week 1 400mg
Tren Ace Week 2 200mg
Tren E Week 2-12 400mg
Test Cyp Week 1-12 200mg

Conditioning, if you can call it that. Nearly dead after this, but got to be done, only 10 minutes total, don't really need anymore.

Helped my boy with his work after.

Power clean 10 reps 1 minute rest between
65
65
65
Straight into rower 30 on 30 off max effort for 5 minutes.

Monster headache all day, could be the Tren or a coincidence as I am prone to the odd headache.

Left leg has been twitching like mental all day after jabbing as well.

Tren day 2

Never have I been more awake than I was in bed last night. Headache still hasn't gone and I'm beginning to think it is be Tren related. Will stick things out for the next week to see if the sides subside and its just an initial reaction. If not that will be the end of my Tren experience, can't live with headaches like this for the next couple of months.
