What are the top 5 foods to include in your diet which are proven to help prevent cancer? (can also include supplements and/or drinks).

The only 2 I am aware of are:

Variety, fruit and veg are most important

    Don't look at specific foods

Anything without refined carbohydrate- don't eat them and you'll reduce your risk (sometimes greatly).
Other than that, foods high in Vitamin D

FBG, what was that book you mentioned a while back, (was it you!?) about the vegetable oil manufacturers and the FDA?  I want some bedtime reading.

Wheatgrass is completely over-hyped as to it's supposed benefits.  As are pretty much all 'wonder' foods.

Eat a variety of healthy foods is best advice.

    I disagree.

Have you read many books about it?

There are too many cases of it appearing to be beneficial to be coincedence for me.

    Which books mate?

Wheatgrass has pretty much same nutritional value as any other vegetable as far as I'm aware.

Cant remember any specific titles sorry. Not read for a while.

There are just alot of cases where wheatgrass therapy has helped various people/animals with different illness etc.

I dont take it myself, its too potent but think some of the claims are justified.
