here is a lab experience that gives at the end a touchable evident that smoking is bad for health and body and causes lungs cancer specially as a bodybuilder you can imagine how these toxic materials can hold back your muscle building and body growing www.bodyvideoz.com/videos/845/smoking-effects

I smoked when I was 14 until 17. And had asthma. I remember we used to use these glass filters to stick on the end of the cigarettes! Probably cos I think we thought they looked fancy rather than for any health benefits we were getting from them lol but even after one cigarette you could see the dark brown tar inside. After 2 or 3 there was a sticky mess inside which meant you needed to start another one. We, like most, started cos we thought we'd look cool and grown up. I remember my first one left my head dizzy and had me coughing. Amazing how dumb we were! In the end, I had my cigs in one pocket of my jacket and my inhaler in the other. Even football was getting more difficult and when money was tight we'd buy roll ups = zero filter! Coughing was getting worse. Then one day I was sitting out the football and using my inhaler instead. Decided there and then I'd never have another fag. 24yrs later my asthma is a distant memory! If you haven't started....DON'T!
