Is it fine to train 1 bodypart every week?
 
I'm cutting at the mo
 
I'm usinga split routine  -  chest/bi   back/tri   shoulders/legs  abs & forearms in the mix somewhere. Also, cardio on non weight days

    Many people do it with success but I'm not a big believer in it.

      I always did it that way but now i belive twice a week is best. For me anyway!

        every 5 days for me.
         
        If you bulked to a good size, then I'd carry on using the same routine for cutting. Don't change what works for you.

          Do you mind if I ask you what you do on what days? I'm currently doing the same split and can't work out which was is best to organise it.

            Doesn't mean he won't get better results if a new routine though!!

            I would at least try hitting each bosypart more than once a week and then see for yourself what works best.

            Whats a few months in the big scheme of things?
