        The Week in a Dungeon vid is much more of the same.  Excellent stuff, very motivational

          Is that one one with Dugdale?
          I've seen clips but not the whole DVD.
          I think it may be purchased at Christmas.

            I have the Blood and Guts video that he did in the 90s. The training intensisty is unreal i almost spewed while watching it. Shame i dont have a vhs player any more

              Thats the one. Bit weak at the start when he is leaving his kids but the training and some of the tips are excellent.

                    dont remember reading that arnie had big breaks.
                     
                    also didnt dorian do HIT which would mean he would have big breaks inbetween workouts,where as arnie trained most days.
