Is that sets per session, week or year? If it's year put me down for 5 :) However I am not a good example as a) I am not training to increase bicep size and b) I have long standing injuries in both arms that would perclude any volume on them.

I am doing 3-4 at the moment. I know this goes against the general feeling but doing more set and higher reps seems to work for me.

None really, I find training back works them enough. I might occasionally throw in a set of hammers or curls at the end of my back session but that's it.

One at most. I occassionally throw in a couple of sets of hammers at the end of a workout. ButI often do no direct bicep work at all, unless you count CG chins, which hit them pretty hard. J7
