Got a question for you Liddy.

You say your maintenance intake is around 3500 cals a day, so a plan aimed on gaining some weight for you could be based on 4000 cals a day for steady weight gain.

Liddy A eats 450g carbs, 350g protein and 90g fats from any source you are happy with but eats it all in 1 sitting at midday (for the purpose of this example lets assume it is physically possible to eat this volume in 1 sitting)

Liddy B eats 450g carbs, 350g protein and 90g fats from the same source as Liddy A across 6 meals of approx 700cals each spaced out equally over the hours you are awake.

Both Liddy A and Liddy B run this plan for 12 weeks.

My question is which Liddy builds the best physique?

    1. Liddy A
    2. Liddy B
    3. Both will experience identical gains in Fat and Fat Free mass

    Please choose option 1, 2 or 3

    Thanks

Alan just posted this on facebook, another nutritionist wrote it and gave him a mention in it.

        King lean, 3.

And I've ate 5,000+ in one sitting  it's possible.

        -EDIT-

Although the version of me that eats 1 meal a day would have improved fasting blood glucose thus reducing the risk of onset diabetes at a later age.

Also, why are you guys asking me questions outside of the meaning of this thread, it will end up getting locked for going off track.
PM me from here on out.

Because the thread was about how bad sugar is and you advocate sugar in any form and amount doesn't make a difference as long as its within your allowence - you don't know what your on about

            Why am I asking?

Well, nutrient timing has already been touched on in this thread and I just wanted to expand on that point.

Plus IMO the effect of nutrient timing on insulin and glucagon levels means it is closely related to the topic at hand and also relevant.

I never said eat all your carbohydrate content in the form of HFCS, just not to demonise it.
Too many people here have carbophobia, it's just spreading and spreading like how dietary fat used  to be bad, or even carbs in general come the late 90s.
No they're saying some carbs are alright and cursing off HFCS.

But I admit if one ate all his carb content in HFCS, I would question his lifestyle in general.

I'm sorry sir, but energy to digest food in considered in energy out.

People just wont admit that bodybuilding is infact very easy, they want to complicate things as much as possible.
                      Calorie deficit = weight loss.
                      Calorie Surplus = weight gain.

Everyone has a set metabolic rate, I need about 3,500kcal a day to maintain weight now.  I eat less I sow lose I eat more I slowly gain.

The Dieter's Paradox: This study shows that food choices based on 'healthy' or 'unhealthy' doesn't matter a damn with regards to body composition but infact the overall energy intake.

These studies show that equal energy diets result in the same weight loss.

I honestly don't get how people can refuse to believe scientific research all because a bro told them it worked for him.  What more evidence do you want, I'll try to provide it.

But all around the world you find people who're against HFCS, and those who're for it.
I'm for it as it will reduce the cost of food as demand grows.

All I care about is hitting my macronutrient in-take while getting enough fruit/veg to not be deficient in micro-nutrients.

Sorry not read past here but the bit I've but in bold is so wrong its a joke, thats like saying the body has no reaction to a survival famine situation ie leptin hormones changing..... REALLY lol
