Trenavol Cycle Advise Please

hi all,
 
looking at doing a cycle of tren or trenavol next month, or possibly tren and s-drol (literally just found an unopened tub of hero supplement adamantiam in my cupboard).
 
just to give some background info, I've trained for 16 yrs now; dabbled with AAS about 7 or 8 yrs ago, then carried on to train natural up until last yr I did a pro-hormone cycle.
 
what kind of dosage and duration does an experienced trainer normally use please guys?
I can't remember what I did last time!
 
 
I've got hawthorne berry; red yeast rice and also r.o.h.m pct tabs, which I'll probably take with d-aspartic acid and possibly my protein T-matrix and Bioforge for pct.

SD is usually run for around 3 weeks, and occasionaly 4 depending on users side effects.
 
The dose for SD is normally 20mg, but some can go up to 30mg per day depending again on sides.
 
Tren can be run along side SD and it could be run for a week after the SD to help cement gains. Dose is usually around 90mg a day.
 
So you could roll like this....
 
SD 20/20/20
Tren 90/90/90/90
 
Serm PCT standard protocol

Tren 90-150mg ED on a solo dependong on experience.
 
SD and Tren stacked would probably run 20mg SD and 90/100mg Tren.
 
Would probably run the Tren for 1 week longer than the SD after too to help lock the gains and reduce the impact of coming off 2 steroids at once going into PCT.
