Weight about 83kg BF - 18%ish Bulking but do not want any more fat. Will increase cardio in this one, aim to run 6kg 2 times a week, plus more swimming. Would like to finsih about 85kg @ 15% BF Just need to get up a tshirt size really! Pics

Shoulders + triceps + Lunges Barbell Walking Lunges 15kg x 10steps each leg 20kg x 10steps each leg x 2 Dumbbell Press 17.5kg x 12 22.5kg x 10 25kg x F 22.5kg x 8 Machine Side Raises 22.5kg x 12 27.5kg x 10 32.5kg x 6 Cable Raises - strict 1st plate x 10 2nd plate x 8 Tricep Pushdowns 50kg x 12 60kg x 9 65kg x 6 Skullcrushers 20kg x 12 25KG X 10 30KG X 6 Triceps were impossible tonight, i have such bad doms from the DB pullovers the day before, littlery cramping on every rep. Horrible!

Ta man, today is bad though, i cant lift my arms above parralel, my doms are similar to the 1st time i trained.... Not sure why so bad, guess it can only be a good thing.
