      Weight about 83kg
       
      BF - 18%ish
       
      Bulking but do not want any more fat. Will increase cardio in this one, aim to run 6kg 2 times a week, plus more swimming. Would like to finsih about 85kg @ 15% BF Just need to get up a tshirt size really!

                              Ta man, today is bad though, i cant lift my arms above parralel, my doms are similar to the 1st time i trained....
