I am giving you guys a weeks head start as I am off on my hols tonight, so my beautiful physique is going to get even bigger yet in the wrong way

Weight 99.8kg
Age 29 (in 2 weeks)
Goals: I am planning to lean bulk
Joking aside, I have let things slip a lot over the last 2 weeks since finishing my cut and piled some weight on, so I need to not only put some lean mass on but also get my water / fat level sorted out too.
I am going to start with 30 minutes SSCV 5 mornings a week and if I feel I need to be doing more to keep the fat at bay, I will add in more CV sessions starting with an afternoon session of 20 minutes.
The calories for my lean bulk diet are based on my pre water manipulation weight of 93kg, so I will be looking to firstly drop the excess water. We shall see...
