UKBFF Bikini Class - HELP!!

Hi Guys,
I am so new to all this and I have decided to enter a Bikini class...there are so many threads, posts from the US and it seems that here in the UK things are soo different! First I thought I could simply go and take part in the UKBFF in Octber but after having called the UKBFF they gave me a reality check and mentiond that you need to qualify first and the qualifier locations for the Bikini will be posted in 1 week...
 
Does anyone know more about this?
 
I was reading posts in here mentioning how easy it is to get into the Bikini comp and not much training is needed but then you have a look at the US standards and you see Nathalia Melo, Amanda Latona where muscle is showing...I am getting soo confused....
 
has anybody competed in this category and can advise?

With regard to the look, it is a lesser trained look (if a trained look at all is a suitable description) in the UK than the bodyfitness and the ladies bodybuilding category. 

Hi flav. theres quite a good debate about it in the female section. when we say there is no muscle and its 'easy', thats compared to the traditional bodybuilding and figure classes. To someone that doesnt train at all , the girls could be considered to have  toned and defined muscles. its a question of what you're used to i guess :-)
