Thanks for the posting the pics. From the pics posted I'd definatley say Zack & Daz for the 1-2. Dazs shape has improved dramatically! hardest working man in the ukbff no doubt!

He wins that pose for sure, but we can't see his midsection properly here. If he's somehow managed to shave his obliques in half and control his gut then he might be in with a chance.

Hi everyone! All set up again front row center at the UKBFF Finals, the judges are all sat down and ready for the 1st class to come out.

The hall is starting to fill out and a good atmosphere is starting to build up.

National Anthem and we're off with the fitness girls' routines

If anyone wants to come at last min I currently have 2 spare tickets - £30 each

Just had a quick word with Kerry Kayes, who is MC today.

Ladies body fitness

42 - Seeing her routine again is a pleasure, incredible atheltic ability with her somersaults and back flips

43 - Wild and varied routine, i'm still unsure if she is wearing a gumshield while she performs her routine? Not crisp routine as the other girls but her physique is pretty good for her age.

44 - Great handstand pushups! Fantastic display of core strength and control in her routine.

45 - Again, vibrant routine, amazing midsection and overall physique. Not as confident as 42 with the back somersaults
