like to start with saying well done to zack and neil got it right and the best bb on the day took everything. As for me had i poor weekend with the tan the jan tan wudnt take to my skin then the dream looked no good then did 4hours of putting pro tan on to get a colour on for the 2nd day ansd didnt put sheen just was scared of making the pro tan run but i have learnt from that i will now over next two weeks get a few things tested to sort my tan for next year. Sorry to all the people and family that came to see me it was a silly mistake to stop showing myself of to my best but it was the best man that won. Thanks to james for helping i no how busy u have been but i can say this and mean this thats not the end of daz ball get ready for next year cus now i will be going to my cave and see you all this time next year will still be update but thats it. All the best in your 1st pro show zack and you james this year.

Fantastic post Daz, I just know even from reading this, that it's the begining for you, where as for a lot it would be the end. Kudos and well done.

Top job done by MT, James sorry I didn't get to come and say hi but I knew you were busy guy this weekend.
I can't comment on saturday but sunday was a good day and the venue and atmosphere was great.
My ears are still hurting though as my VIP let out a massive scream when Daz Ball wiggled his ass!

Mate, you wouldn't believe it.  She was constantly "Whoopin" and was just in awe when the superheavies came on.
She said her eyes have been truely opened and now understands why I like it.
This is what I feel it's all about, the general thought of BB'ers is "oh they just lift big weights", more people should be took to shows and see just what all the hard work is about.

Just want to say a big thank you to the well wishes, supporters and judges (lets face it they usually get a hard time) for a great weekend, it was great to grab top spot and Brandon gave me a good run for my money over the 2 days
Hopefully I showed that you shouldnt underestimate a lightweight. I was very happy with my size and condition and can only improve on this going into the IFBB worlds in a couple of weeks

And so you should be proud . I remember his first appearance in Southport as a junior, he's come a long way and I'm sure he's got a good future ahead of him. Bet his food bill costs you a fortune if he's still at home

i remember nathan winning the jr's at pendle valley in 2006...he looked great and has made amazing gains and improvements since...
