Nana is looking great TBH - I have him as top 3 - his back condition is the best on stage.

I wouldn't want to judge this VERY strong class TBH.

It depends what the cumulative decision of the judges is looking for.  Lines and shape then Ricardo places high, rock hard deep conditioning then Lindsey and Nana are fighting.

I'm glad I'm reporting and promoting as opposed to judging

SJT - 165 looking really good!

LHW is a great class - some excellent physiques

SJT is considerably shorter and more heavily muscled than the rest!  Put it this way, he hasn't let his fans down

You guys must be exhausted......I'd just get sidetracked by the bling.....perhaps I could do the fashion coverage next year, like they do at the Oscars......

160 - Good proportions but conditioning isnt there, looking very smooth

161 - tight midsection, full chest

162- wide shoulders, needs to work on his quads and calves

163 - like 160, good proportions but smooth sadly excellent calves. Drying out as he poses but not enough IMO to make an impact

164- again, great build but on the smooth side. Wide back, excellent calves

165 - Great v-taper, tiny waist, good bicep peak and thick/full chest...nicely seperated quads, top notch...yup...its shaun tavernier!!! ON FORM

167  cracking v-taper, wide lats and tiny waist. Needs more quad sweep

168 - good back, will look great shredded tomorrow

169 - good abs, looks smooth though when relaxed. hopefully will iron out with more posing.

170 - great build, nicely cut, thick and good calves. on the smooth side on the back

171 - large frame but carrying some size on the side of the waist which makes him look too blocky.

172 - great quads, looks a tad flat. good width to his build.

173 - off on his conditioning, needs to lower the bodyfat to show himself off best

174 - like 173, needs to shed a few more lbs to show himself off in the best light.

Some good call outs, Shaun, in most of them

Running really late, so the MC has just announced no more routines to be done (apart from for the ladies) until tomorrow

They have no choice to make this decission but it's a shame for those who will not qualify for tomorrow to even get their chance to show their routine

female 055kg

175 - great quads, midsection...good conditioning, cracking back! good job

176 - slighter build than 175, tight midsection but needs to work on her back and tightening up the glutes/legs

177 - good muscle mass on the chest/shoulders. good back... hams and glutes could be a tad tighter but bringing a good package to the stage.

178 - very slender and light build for the weight catagory, wouldnt be out of place in the physique. For this class she needs some more mass and harder conditioning sadly. Good rear double bicep pose

179 - tight abs/midsection, good arms/lats... quads have great detail in them which can only get better for tomorrow. tight hams/glutes. Top Notch

180 - great biceps, midsection needs to come in more. legs are of good size which would be sooo much better with a higher conditioning level.
