I can understand where Avril is coming from. Maybe in hindsight and to save all the stress for those in a class of less than 10 maybe they could have contacted them prior to the show and told them they only need to do Sunday!!

Physique girls

mens up to 100kg (heavies!)

183 - good proportions

184 - tight midsection and great boulder shoulders, good quad seperation.

185 - good midsection, wasp like when twisting showing off the intercostals, thick dense chest, strong quad conditioning

186 - very thick set with the midsection but strong muscle density.

187 - looking smooth and off conditioning wise, good wide lats for the lat spread. shame as this guy has a great rear double bicep shot

188 - tight conditioning,

189 - diced quads but upper half lacking in detail. good bicep peaks

190 - looking good, conditioning looks to be ready to dial in for tomorrow with a thin film of water.

191 - amazing arms, good midsection but the quads need more detail to bring the abs into the ab n thigh pose. Shook the quads but no boom after

192 - tight conditioning, looking dry and full, i'm a fan of these quads...nice sweep

193 - great proportions, on the smooth side. good leg development

194 - good quads, looks flat and smooth though

195 - well balanced, smooth but chest has some nice striations when posing from the side

196 - teeny tiny waist, high lat insertions makes for a good v taper. needs more conditioning and leg development.

197 - same as above, could be twins lol

198 - Good arm development, detailed torso with veins running nicely throigh

199 - again, great arms,,,,midsection looks great. details there in the quads... impressed.

200 - BEAST, good arms, chiseled quads, low insertions on the lats so a good rear lat spread! hams and quads have an axe sized gash for a split between the two muscle groups. Calves need to be brought up

166 - beast of a back, triceps look a bit pointy when they are meant to be relaxed? love the veins on the legs, great lower conditioning

204 - good build, needs more leg seperation and size for this class

205 - on the lighter side of this weight class

206 - huuuge upper body but blocky midsection, needs more leg mass to balance this upper half out.

207 - Zack Khan, tighter midsection than usual, awesome size in his arms! not as lean as daz or alvin though..will be very interesting to see him dial in for tomorrow

208 - Has the size but not the conditioning, thick chest and legs

209 - ALVIN SMALL, great size, defending champ from 2008, looks a step ahead of Zack Khan IMO.

210 -

211 - DAZ BALL.....shredded, simply shredded. HUGE legs, calves are insane. wiiiiide back with a canyon between the lats in the middle

212 - tiny waist and good leg development... will look shredded tomorrow

213 - wide shoulders, grainy skin, excellent quad conditioining

214 - very thick set build, good size but out of his depth in this class with these guys today

daz, alvin, zack comparison!!!!

IMMENSE!!!!!

Daz has the conditioning out of the three by far today, alvin has zack on size but i feel in the side shots zack has alvin...ack has a smaller waist it appears from the rear than alvin?!

as all 3 compare abs n thighs its one hell of an amazing sight!!!!
This is going to go down to the wire... its a game of top trumps where one has one thing over the other.

By far exciting stuff!

Now 214 enters the fold for a 4 way comparison! battle of the giants, wow... i'm struggling to type as i look at the stage at the same time its that captivating!
