A fair few competitors going over the time limit for the posing routines with a look of suprise when they are sadly only 3-4 poses in.
At this level i honestly feel sad for them as the poses often missed are their power poses, i.e. most muscular!!!!!

surely only have themselves to blame tho mate yeh?? like u said, at this level, surely they should have EVERYTHING nailed on to make sure they present themselves the best way??

james- what category is ricardo competing in again?? and when is his category showing?

this class is simply mind blowing, some real good showings of british bodybuilding! Well done to all of them...solid solid class

15 minute break... new judges and getting ready for the 2nd part of todays prejudging.

competitors are being told backstage via a sheet of paper if they have made it to the final 10 apparently (we'll try and get this sheet to post it up!!!)

How nerve wracking!  I'm going to text a few of the girls to see how it's all playing out backsage!

102 - good leg striations

103 - good width to the shoulders, intercostals showing nicely

104 - well balanced, thick and full

105 - impressive abs, chest needs to be brought up

106 - good chest, shoulders need some width

107 - looking very dry, great muscle definition

108 - conditionings off and needs a darker tan, great back width though

109 - good bicep peak, wide shoulders, legs look very dry from the side but looks smooth on the back

110 - needs to be leaner in this line up but a good base to work from if he can lose the fat and use the weight limit to his advantage

111 - good v-taper abs and thigh conditioning.

112 - thick chest, impressive front lats from the front

113 - good condition, a bit on the flat side today but will hopefully fill out for tomorrow

114 - awesome conditioning, thick and full. calves need some work but veins are all over the show. top notch.

115 - good calves, touch darker tan needed

116 - impressive double biceps pose, very dry....

117 - out of condition for this line up sadly

118 - ripped shoulders, tan has run quite a bit on the back. triceps look good

119 - an older competitor in the class which is good to see as the classics is usually the spring board for new starters.

Middleweights - under 80kgs

Timings is all running very behind, so I guess he'll be on in about 30 mins
