OK 3 weeks into the cycle and NO sides at all, recovery seems exceptional !!, keeping calories lowish and Protein intake at around 100 g /day, higher on training days. Diet clean.
Milk thistle and Omega 3 seem to be keeping dry joints away.
Strength up, so increasing reps till I can handle say 12/14 reps @ my best weight , then small increase in weight added.
Body Fat gone from 20.8% Too 17% with body weight the same, not sure how many extra pounds that could be but looking better.
The workout plan of Mon/Wed/Fri/Mon = four workouts per cycle seems to be working better and recovery is good.
Question : Should I finish @ 4 weeks and start the Halovol-V I have ordered ( Nolva on order also) or should I go on to 8 weeks straight?.
I could use the next 4 weeks of 6 Bromo/Fadogia in PCT with NOLVA.
