UPDATES FOR THE ISCL!

The ISCL is taking place on 18th October at Wembley Arena, making it the BIGGEST strongman competition to ever take place in the UK!  Over 5,000 people are expected to attend!

There's been a rumour a legendary UK strongman will be coming to co-present ISCL '09, keep an eye on the website for the next update for further information!

To confirm times on the day, Wembley Arena will open doors at 1pm, the main arena will open at 2pm & the show will commence at 3pm, the show finishing sharply at 7pm.  Make sure you get your tickets now for the cheapest prices!

Regrettably, Slawomir Tozcek has had to pull out of ISCL '09 because of personal reasons.
However taking his place is none other than Polish legend Jarek Dymek! Jarek Dymek is currently preparing for the World's Strongest Man competition, which he will follow by attempting to claim the title of ISCL '09 champion!
Jarek's training for these large events consists of 3 hours training 5 - 6 days a week, with not only weights but including circuits, cardio & ply metrics. Jarek is known for his static power & will be looking to mount a serious challenge to Savickas, Hollands & Murumets for the title of ISCL '09 champion by dominating events like the Deadlift & the Log Lift.
An experienced competitor, Jarek knows what to expect from the competition & will have no doubt already have experience against most of the field. Popularly acknowledged as one of the best strongmen not only in Poland but throughout the world, Dymek mounts a serious threat to the rest of the field!
Through his training, Dymek now boasts personal bests of 255kg on the Bench Press, a 335kg weight Squat maximum & a maximum Dead Lift weight of 395kg
