Un-Fuelled AM Cardio vs HIIT 28 February 2010 17:13 (permalink)
Hi

Last summer I did m first 'cut', to pretty good effect, but I know I can do it better.

I was doing mostly AM un-fuelled cardio, but my new job would make that pretty difficult.

Could I do mostly HIIT post-weights 4 times a week? with some AM cardio on the weekends?

I would have thought HIIT 4 time a week post training was too much, can you not do steady walking on the tread mill post training and HIIT twice a week with some cardio at weekends
