Sorry no specific locations for this to post in specifically, i have a main account that i cannot log onto, i click forgot password.. receive the email, follow that link and try everything else.. but cannot seem to get my password reset.

When i try and verify the password request email, i put in the info and it just tells me "the email has either already been confirmed, or cannot be" which is useless to me, any help would be greatly appriciated if anyones had any similar problem to this before,
