Thx Y'all - LOL old jonnywildboar sexy...and tough !! I am much balder and dont look like i train much in real life !! godda love that camera ! the wife takes a blinding photo ... F**K me ! had a awsome session - I think it might be in my brain as Ive only just started M1T, Personally i am sceptical, but the proof is in the pudding. Tonites pudding Bench 72.5kg 12/10/8/6 Military press 35kg 14/11/10/7.5 Inc D/b press 20kg (each d/b) 13/11/10/11 Dips (me) 18/14/13/12 Got fairly high reps as i wasnt expecting to do so many with the weight . Dips on my new station were great - my training partner couldnt do them - not used to the movement or summink !

Nice work Johnny! I'm well impressed with your home setup as well. Will be very interesting to see how you come on with M1T. How much protein do you reckon you are eating at the moment?

No,probs. 6am 50g of whey in water, sometimes milk. 3 raw egg whites (not for the faint hearted) 8am 4 lots of wholemeal toast with peanut butter + apple 11.30 Tuna and pasta + banana 13.45 litre of milk + flapjack 17.30 normal tea (could be chicken, fish, mince etc, whatever mrs wildboar prepares !!) 21.00 50gm whey in milk slice of toast. This week i have been sneaking up to the canteen at work and buying some pudding at dinner time (rice pud, custard etc) I munch almonds, raisins throughout the day,not a massive amount. been eating bits of junk here n there (crisps n chock) I drink a minimum of 4 litres of water a day. also: creatine - Saw palmetto - milk thistle - hawthorn berry - cod liver oil.

Need a proper breakfast mate - have some oats or toast at your 6am meal. Also make the bread granary, pasta wholewheat, and milk skimmed. Is the flapjack a CNP one?

As ginger singer cum model shagger Mick Hucknall once said - "moneys too tight to mention .....granary" i mostly have skimmed milk but cant afford the other stuff as the wife n kids have to eat it - and she wants more normal (cheaper) stuff. the flapjack is homemade basic but nice. but I will shovel some toast down me when i get up,cheers. boar

I think a granary loaf in waitrose is about 90p so a bit more expensive than white, but if you're the only one eating the stuff it should go a long way. Is the milk thistle for you up and coming M1T cycle?

Cheers tyrob just gonna keep goin' Jonnywildboar has definatley got a wee bit fat. My nickname at work is jonny tightpants - say no more !! I am probably about 12stone 10, and even proff. Wildboer knows that aint all muscle ive put on !! my trainin partner missed again which doesnt help my routine. The possible sides with M1T havnt really shown themselves - I have felt a bit tired occasionally but nothing worse than feeling like you went to bed too late. The strength gains have been massive and i am concerned i wont be able to keep them after - hey-ho ,time will tell. So i am stopping with the puddings and chockolate, this is jonny tightpants signing off for now...............

This is a great read, very inspirational. Congrat mate you look much better and it shows that you are working hard. Keep it up. If you are interested i have a load of weights that would fit your home gym. They are body sculpture cast iron. Where abouts do you live?
