Under 105kg Uk's strongest man

This will be run as last year at Whitstable rugby club. We will be running 8 events on the day which will be:- Stone press probably 70, 80, 90, 100 (subject to change) Deadlift for Max around 15inch bar height, straps will be allowed Van Arm over arm Stones (weights to be decided) Keg toss (10 kegs over 4m barrier) 2x14kg, 2x16kg, 2x18kg, 2x20kg and 2x22kg Car flip (subject to change) Farmers walk weights and distance to be decided and A medley that will probably consist of Fingals finger, tire flip and duck walk Qualifiers will be run for this contest in all regions of the UK It will be happening in July 2010 with the exact date tbc.

Last year Owen Lewis did the Midlands qualifier.  

Not 100% on anything but I don;t think there will be a Welsh qualifier.

Yes you can use a suit!

it is a deadlift for max, I've done dead's at various different heights in comps! more often than not they are higher than 9".  Wanna see some big weights lifted and the wheels we are using instead of plates (as they look crap) the bar will sit 14-15"

We are working on it at the minute! Hoping to get a Welsh qualifier sorted, if not it will be to qualify through the midlands qualifier but like I said hopefully this won't be the case!

I'd be well up for a welsh qualifier!

Not sure if Chris will be doing the Southern Qualifier or not.

Chris was awesome last year and if he's competing this year, I'll try to be there.
